One-to-one Coaching

Our most popular coaching programs are 6-month engagements, with bi-monthly 55-minute sessions. These usually begin with a personality assessment and a 360º survey. Specific development objectives are laid out at the beginning of the engagement and results will be measured once the engagement has been completed. The focus is usually on self-awareness, leadership skill development, dealing with change, and also, when a specific area for development is identified.

An initial free consultation is available to understand the client’s needs and to provide alternative plans. Other custom plans are also available.

Team Coaching

About the Coach

Steve Hevesi

Steve leverages his vast international executive experience in Fortune 500 companies, and his experience as a consultant and entrepreneur to partner closely with business professionals and help them enhance their leadership skills, improve their work performance, and increase their self-confidence.

Steve has lived in Peru, Brazil, France, and the United States, and earned his MBA in INSEAD in France. He has held leadership positions in companies like Nike, Nabisco, Novartis, and Dentsply Sirona. As a result, he has the knowledge and tools needed to work with different cultures and mindsets, while also understanding the daily challenges faced by executives in volatile, complex, and ambiguous environments.

Steve has coached over 400 professionals over the past 7 years and is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
